《交感》

 原來，我把自己對j生有罪究感及對自己失去的朋友的情緒長期積壓了一個半月。
回想當時我對他身邊未知的恐懼而自己作出激烈的反應，我覺得非常內究。在當時想一下子回復自己平靜的心情，對朋友的安慰。
而近一個半月來的背脊骨痛，在g小姐的題點下才發現我有情緒積壓在背內而自己不自知。
之後當晚我在床上感覺自己有什麼情緒被壓下來，才感覺到我對j生的罪究感及失去他的痛苦未平伏下來。
因此我想在有生之年如果可以修補的就修補，所以寫上道歉書及打去他的留言信箱。

前晚回想多個小時，我得出結論：我們都需要一個求同全異的空間。我們無論有什麼不同的信念、想法、價值觀、準則，我們都可以得到自由的生存空間。

現在只可以等他原諒我時打電話給我。

今早起床想知道上天想給我有什麼啟示，因此我抽了二張angel card：retreat(代表當下內心)及 body care(解決方法)。
連天使及身體向我唱首逼得太緊。因為它說：你對自己的要求太高，你被自己的腦要求自己的對錯、對別人及對自己太執著，因此你的身體及精神壓逼得透不過氣來。因此你對自己的身、心、靈及腦袋足夠的休息，而令自己得到平衡的狀態。放手吧﹗你把這事、把自己、把他交給上天吧﹗

1. retreat

Card meaning: Spend some time alone in quiet thought.clear your mind, and focus on  your truth and priorities.

Are you pushing yourself too hard, beloved child of god?
The angels remind us that rest is a natural cycle in every living thing.
Think of the mighty oak tree that grows that grows in spurts and then rest.
It draws its nourishment from deep within the earth,and takes its time before growing upward agiain.
Like the oak tree, it's important for you to nourish yourself with spiritual and emotional “food”.

While you are resting, take time to reflect on your heart's true feelings and desires.
Your angels speak to you through your heart, and when you listen to and honor your feelings, you walk hand-in-hand with God and the angels.
You will know that it is true Divine guidance, and not just your imagination or wishful thingful thinging if it speaks of your desire to make a difference in the world.

2.body care

Card meaning: The angels urge you to care for your physical body.
You are asked to eat healthful foods, to exercise regularly, and to avoid toxins.

This Card is your angels' way of asking you to pay attention to your physical body.
Perhaps you resist this guidance, and the angels have repeatedly come to you about this topic.
They remind you that the body is an instrument that, when well tuned, emanates greater harmory.
Your spirit is like the music of a grand piano, and the angels ask you to maintain that piano.

Your angels know that if you follow this guidance, you will feel terrific.
Your increased energy and happiniess is your reward for following the angels' suggestion.
They will help you find the time and motivation to exercise.
They will also help you lose your cravings for unhealthful substances.
And, the angel will help you enjoy the newfound pleasure that come from purifying and maintaining your physical body.
